Pengaruh Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa dalam Pembelajaran PJOK di MTs Plus Al-Munawaroh

The curriculum in an education is an important thing in the process of learning in schools, if a school does not have a curriculum in learning then it will not run according to the goals to be achieved. Nowadays all schools use the curriculum that has been implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, namely the Independent Curriculum, however, at MTs Al Munawaroh this only used the Independent Curriculum in 2025 while other schools have used it since the beginning of the launch of this new curriculum. In addition, this curriculum aims to provide autonomy to schools in managing learning, improving teacher professionalism, and providing learning experiences that are more relevant to the needs of the times. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence on the provision of the Independent Curriculum on the motivation of learning PJOK class VII MTs Plus Al-Munawaroh. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research method, namely One-Group Pretest-Postest Design designs. This design is used because this study only involves one class, namely the experimental class, which is carried out by comparing the results of the pre-test with the results of the post-test. The population in this study was all classes of MTs Plus Al-Munawaroh for the sample of only 1 class, namely class VII Experiment. Calculations using the SPSS v.20 program. Pretest and posttest data from the Paired Sample t-test are sig values (2-tailed) are 0.000 <0.05, thus there is a significant influence on the provision of the Independent Curriculum on learning motivation. Suggestions for further research if the school has implemented the teachings of the Independent Curriculum need to study more deeply regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum not only making students as research objects but also related to the components involved in the implementation of the independent curriculum.
